Vendor Tables

The event takes place on Friday, March 13, 2026. Load-in for vendors is 5:00 pm unless arrangements for another time are made directly with event producers. Doors open at 7:00 pm; vendors are expected to be ready to receive audience members at this time. The show will begin at 8:00 pm with a 30-minute intermission taking place at approximately 9:15 pm and a final curtain call near 10:30 pm. Vendors may pack up to leave at 11:00 pm with the expectation to be loaded out by midnight or close to it.

Vendors are expected to bring their own change and payment systems as necessary. You keep 100% of your sales. A promotional flyer and graphics will be provided to you no later than February 1st. Please share it widely. You will also be tagged on social media within the event. No later than March 1st, an email will be sent with pertinent day of information, including details on parking, load-in in and facilities. Space is indoors on the second floor, theatre lobby. An elevator and ramp will be available. You must provide your own table and table covering. Bringing your own waste can and chair is encouraged. 

By participating in this event, you agree to hold harmless the production, producers, venue and sponsors for any and all damages as a result of your participation in this event. Death Becomes Them is an adult entertainment event with mature themes that may include nudity, violence, horror and gore. In the event of an emergency cancellation by the venue or producer, you will be offered a new event date or a refund of your vendor fee. Vendor fees are not reimbursable otherwise. Vendor fee of $75 is due no later than January 8th, 2026, to reserve your space.
